Please be informed that SEC has issued a Notice on the Interim Procedures for Registrars of Qualified Buyers (SEC Memorandum Circular No. 05, Series of 2026) recently issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

This Notice provides interim guidelines and requirements relevant to entities acting, or intending to act, as Registrars of Qualified Buyers. Members who may be affected are encouraged to review the circular carefully and assess any implications for their current or planned activities.
